Stavanger Capoeira Klubb is part of Centro Cultural Capoeira Baiana, CCCB, under Contra Mestre Careca. CCCB has "branches" in Brazil, Canada, Portugal, Spain, Italy and Germany. Formado Jamaica started Stavanger Capoeira Klubb in 2002, and in 2006 the club became part of CCCB. The club practices capoeira regionally in the tradition of Mestre Bimba. CCCB Stavanger Capoeira Klubb is a member of the Norwegian Sports Confederation and the Martial Arts Association.
