The International Capoeira Association Os Bambas do Sol Nascente of Salvador, is a non-profit institution, founded on January 23, 2003, with its own administrative headquarters, located at Avenida São Roque nº 88, neighborhood of Uruguay, Salvador – Bahia, our institution promotes sociocultural activities, encouraging the practice of sports and cultural development. We offer free capoeira, percussion and computer classes to the community in Uruguay and surroundings, where we serve children and teenagers from 7 to 14 years old in socially vulnerable situations coming from low-income and idle families, improving the quality of life and self-esteem through our projects promoting culture,
