The association Abadá-Capoeira Örebro was founded with the aim of developing and spreading the Brazilian culture capoeira. Through capoeira, the aim is also to work for greater social integration, increase respect for one's fellow man and nature and work for better health and integration in our society.
We at Abadá-Capoeira Örebro work with the culture capoeira and the branches that are included in capoeira such as. music and samba. We carry out various campaigns with current themes, e.g. "Preserving nature" and "Stop the violence against women" are two implemented campaigns. We also collaborate with schools and leisure centers with the aim of increasing students' self-esteem and respect for each other.
For us at Abadá-Capoeira Örebro, it is important that we serve a greater purpose for society and we constantly work for this.
