The Capoeira Sou Eu group has been active in Milan since 1997 Capoeira Sou Eu tries to deepen all aspects of capoeira, with particular attention to the cultural and philosophical value of this art. We believe that humility is a fundamental value for the growth of the capoeirista. We consider equally important the development of the creativity of the individual, within the jogo, the music, the singing and the group itself. Our jogo adapts to the sound of the berimbau, adapting to the different rhythms handed down by tradition. For us the capoeira is defesa, ataque and contrataque, without forgetting the florejo, or the smile of an acrobatic.
