Capoeira is a sport from Brazil. This sport is the art of disguising a fight as a dance. Training in Düsseldorf improves fitness, endurance and flexibility. The Capoeira courses are suitable for children, teenagers and adults. The targeted strengthening of the muscles not only stimulates the burning of fat, but also increases general health. An important part of Capoeira training is learning about musical instruments and different rhythms. In addition, other Brazilian cultural elements such as maculele (stick fighting) and samba are trained. We offer Capoeira courses for minis, children, teenagers, adults and seniors. Through stretching techniques and appropriate group supervision, our members learn the movements regardless of age or physical limitations.
