Capoeira Guanabara

Capoeira Guanabara was founded by Mestre DiMola in Rio de Janeiro in 1998. The name Guanabara was taken to pay homage to the amazing city located in the Gulf of Guanabara. Today we are represented in several countries with activities for both children and adults. The largest groups are in Brazil, Sweden, the USA and Canada. The group aims to spread Capoeira with the help of high-quality training and social projects for children and adults. Capoeira Guanabara works specifically to engage and integrate children and young people into society and is a proud partner of Sports Without Borders.
