The original school was founded by the capoeira master Mestre Cláudio Costa from Feira de Santana in the state of Bahia in Brazil. The tradition of the school dates from the 80’s. Today the school consists of more than 20 nucleus worldwide in countries like Colombia, Finland and Germany and of course in a lot of cities in Brazil.
